Captain Craig Broomberg started sailing and racing Hobie sailboats in 1980. He began racing larger boats and began transporting boats for owners up and down the east coast. During that time, he also began doing long distance offshore racing in such events as Miami to Montego Bay Jamaica, the Kahlua Cup, and Key West Race Weeks. He has been a member of the Valdosta Yacht Club, Lake Lanier Sailing Club, and St. Lucie Sailing Club. He assisted in creating and teaching a sailing class at Valdosta State College. Captain Craig holds his 100 Ton Master with Towing and Sailing endorsements. He hails from Valdosta, Georgia and settled in Jupiter, FL in 2012.

He now pursues sailboat racing and cruising around the world. He enjoys bringing people into the world of sailing and sharing his salty stories.
